Craig is a leadership expert with a career spanning the military, corporate and consulting worlds, bringing deep insight into how people lead, adapt and perform in high-pressure environments.

A graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, Craig spent 18 years as a British Army Officer, serving in countries across the world. He spent five years on operations in Northern Ireland, where he was mentioned in Despatches in 1989, and later served with NATO forces in Bosnia in 1996.

After leaving the Army, Craig joined Coca-Cola Enterprises, where he led both sales operations and large-scale logistics. He later spent seven years at Aon, as a global risk consultant advising clients on crisis management and as the leader of one of Aon’s largest UK retail businesses.

Craig went on to work as a leadership consultant and coach with clients across sectors, from the military, commercial and elite sports. He also served as Managing Director of Inspirational Development Group, a global consultancy which developed leaders across all continents, in particular the Middle East, including in the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Jordan.

Currently, his work includes being at the helm of Ducis Advisors where he supports CEOs and executive teams to lead with focus, build high-performing cultures and navigate change with confidence. His work is grounded in real-world leadership and driven by a belief that people are the key to sustained performance and growth.
